Dlayer is a fantasy RPG for mobile. Explore dangerous places, find unusual equipment, and enjoy a quick adventure or a longer session whenever you feel like playing.
We love RPGs with deep equipment systems, dangerous monsters, and the excitement of finding something unexpected. But we don’t always have hours to play anymore.
That’s why we’re making Dlayer. We want those adventures to be enjoyable whether you have a few minutes to spare or an entire evening.
Identity
Who are you?
Character creation starts with a question: “Who are you?” Describe the character you have in mind, and Dlayer generates a portrait from your description.
Your first portrait is included when you create a character. Once you choose one, it’s the face other players will see in the game.
“A half-octopus, half-knight with glowing blue eyes and a rusted anchor in his hand.”
A sentence typed in Portuguese at character creation (“Um meio-polvo, meio-cavaleiro de olhos azuis brilhantes e uma âncora enferrujada na mão.”), and the portrait Dlayer painted from it.
In the game, the field under “Who are you?” reads: “Any species, look or clothing. Invent freely.” Its example: “E.g. a one-eyed orc merchant in a velvet coat.”
Each of these portraits started with a short written description.
